Awesome shop, exceptional customer service! I stopped in this morning for the first time and I couldn’t be happier! The sweet kid behind the counter was really knowledgeable and he delivered the kind of customer service that was standard in all the shops back in the day. I had questions about a new device and he opened the box to make sure that The device would work for me and I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, most shops have employees that aren’t knowledgeable about their products and are less than interested in making happy customers, and that just isn’t the case here. I wish the shop was closer to my house, but I’ll be making the drive because it’s worth it to me to shop somewhere that can answer my questions and treats my concerns like they’re valid. THANK YOU SO MUCH, you earned a loyal customer today! I highly recommend! Also, the shop honors a military discount, A DYING PRACTICE, and so appreciated! I asked about it and forgot to remind him when I checked out, so I ended up not getting it, but that was my mistake, and I’ll use it next time. This is the first place that has actually offered the discount in a really long time. Can’t say enough positive!

They had a lot of variety. Customer service was not friendly and advise me, vape shops do not like being asked what they recommend. Was insulting and not friendly. Go to 710 Vapors, they are nicer and I will not be returning here. & mask less during a pandemic.

I'm incapacitated and have had to get alot of help recently. Ill just say Craft really is great in every aspect of the transaction. Alexander did some special packaging to help me out and really went above and beyond what I ever would have expected. Not to mention the store has great inventory and has treated us great the other times we have shopped there. Prices are even good which is just the cherry on top.
